- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for executive patients to address psychological concerns and promote overall mental health and well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify and diagnose mental health conditions in executive patients.
- Collaborate with other members of the Executive Health Psychology team, including physicians and social workers, to develop treatment plans and provide integrated care for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and interventions to effectively address the unique challenges faced by executive patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
- Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of psychology, particularly as it relates to executive health and wellness.
- Act as a resource and consultant to other healthcare professionals within the organization regarding psychological concerns and treatment options for executive patients.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, promoting their mental health needs and ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Psychological Association and Cleveland Clinic.
- Assist with the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at promoting mental health and wellness within the organization, particularly for executive patients.
- Actively engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of executive health psychology.
- Provide support and guidance to patients' families and caregivers as needed.
- Represent Cleveland Clinic and the Executive Health Psychology team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Doctoral Degree In Psychology: A Candidate For This Job Must Possess A Doctoral Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field, Such As Clinical Psychology Or Counseling Psychology.
Licensed Psychologist: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid License To Practice Psychology In The State Of Ohio, As Well As Any Other Relevant Licenses Or Certifications Required By The Cleveland Clinic.
Specialization In Health Psychology: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Specialization In Health Psychology, With A Strong Understanding Of The Psychological Aspects Of Physical Health And Wellness.
Experience In Executive Health: Previous Experience Working With Executives Or In A Corporate Setting Is Preferred, As The Job Will Involve Providing Psychological Services To High-Level Executives At The Cleveland Clinic.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As This Job Will Involve Working Closely With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
