1. Develop and oversee the child and adolescent psychiatry residency program at Cleveland Clinic.
2. Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and resident education.
3. Serve as a mentor and role model for residents, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
4. Create and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the standards of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
5. Continuously evaluate and improve the residency program to ensure it meets the needs of residents, patients, and the healthcare organization.
6. Recruit and select residents who are a good fit for the program and the organization's values.
7. Provide leadership and direction to the program's faculty and staff.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including other healthcare organizations and academic institutions, to enhance the residency program.
9. Stay current on trends and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry, incorporating them into the residency program as appropriate.
10. Ensure compliance with all ACGME and hospital policies and procedures.
