- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Adult Psychiatry Residency Program at Cleveland Clinic.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the training of psychiatric residents.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to residents to ensure their professional and personal growth.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for residents.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to provide comprehensive and high-quality education to residents.
- Evaluate and assess the performance of residents and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations set by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- Collaborate with other departments within Cleveland Clinic to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of psychiatry and incorporate them into the residency program.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new residents for the program.
- Facilitate and lead educational conferences and seminars for residents.
- Serve as a role model for residents by demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and empathy towards patients.
- Act as a liaison between the residency program and other departments within Cleveland Clinic.

Medical Degree: A Program Director - Adult Psychiatry Residency Program At Cleveland Clinic Must Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Is Essential For Providing Oversight And Guidance To Residents In The Program.
