Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Compensation Principles, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Experience With Hris Systems And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Workday And Tableau.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
