  4. Develop and maintain data models and reports to track and analyze compensation trends and patterns.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize compensation processes.
  6. Communicate complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to staff compensation.
  9. Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the organization.
  10. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and support their growth within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Compensation Principles, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Workday And Tableau.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
