Are you a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity? Cleveland Clinic is seeking a PRN (as-needed) Speech Therapist for our outpatient clinic.   1. Conduct patient evaluations to assess speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients with various speech and language disorders.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive and coordinated treatment approach for patients.
  4. Continuously monitor and document patient progress towards treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on speech and language disorders, treatment options, and home exercises to facilitate progress.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and other necessary paperwork.
  7. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, as well as clinic policies and procedures.
  8. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech therapy to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
  11. Participate in team meetings, staff development, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, promoting a supportive and caring environment for patients and their families.
  13. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in scheduling to meet the needs of the clinic and its patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited University.

  • Current Licensure As A Speech-Language Pathologist In The State Of Ohio.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Pediatric And Adult Populations In An Outpatient Setting.

  • Certification Of Clinical Competence In Speech-Language Pathology (Ccc-Slp) From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient-Centered Care.
