Job Qualifications
  • Appropriate Education And Training: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies Or Nursing, With A Specialization Or Certification In Infectious Disease.

  • Current License And Certification: Must Possess A Current License To Practice As A Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Ohio, As Well As National Certification From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa) Or The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc).

  • Clinical Experience In Infectious Disease: Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In The Field Of Infectious Disease, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Infectious Diseases And Treatments: In-Depth Understanding Of Infectious Diseases, Including Diagnosis, Treatment, And Management, As Well As Current Guidelines And Protocols For Infection Control And Prevention.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide High-Quality Patient Care And Education.
