Job Qualifications
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Or American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Healthcare Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Standard Laboratory Practices And Procedures.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff.

  • Proficiency In Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Specimen Collection Techniques, With A Strong Emphasis On Safety And Infection Control Measures.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records Systems And Ability To Accurately Input And Retrieve Patient Information.
