  1. Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and performing medication-related tasks.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records of pharmacy inventory and patient information.
  3. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients to provide efficient and effective medication management.
  6. Support pharmacy team in daily operations, including medication preparation and compounding.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of new pharmacy initiatives.
  8. Adhere to Cleveland Clinic's policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon pharmacy processes to enhance patient care.
  11. Communicate with patients and caregivers regarding medication instructions and potential side effects.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with infection control and safety protocols.
  13. Utilize technology and software systems to accurately document and record pharmacy activities.
  14. Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to the role and organization.
  16. Represent Cleveland Clinic in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  17. Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the pharmacy profession.
  18. Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment within the pharmacy department.
  19. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the pharmacy field.
  20. Other responsibilities as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervising pharmacist.

Job Qualifications
  • Completed Or Currently Enrolled In A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Program From An Accredited University.

  • Possess A Current Pharmacy Intern License From The State Of Ohio.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Standards Of Practice.

  • Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Pharmacy Staff.

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
