1. Dispensing Medications: The PRN pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications to patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
2. Medication Management: The pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by conducting medication reviews, monitoring for potential drug interactions and adverse reactions, and providing education to patients on proper medication use.
