  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in pediatric dermatology.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  9. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the improvement of patient care processes.

  11. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  12. Comply with all institutional policies and procedures.
  13. Attend trainings and conferences to further develop skills and knowledge.
  14. Act as a role model for professionalism and excellence in patient care.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided to pediatric patients.

  17. Assist in the recruitment and training of new pediatric dermatology staff.

  20. Collaborate with insurance companies and facilitate the authorization process for treatments.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Pediatric Dermatologist At Cleveland Clinic Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Residency Training: Candidates Must Have Completed A Residency Program In Dermatology And Have Obtained Board Certification In Pediatric Dermatology.

  • Pediatric Specialty: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Specialized Training And Experience In Pediatric Dermatology, With A Focus On Treating Skin Conditions In Children And Adolescents.

  • Licensure And Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Medical License To Practice In The State Of Ohio And Be Board Certified In Pediatric Dermatology By The American Board Of Dermatology.

  • Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Pediatric Dermatology Is Preferred, With A Strong Track Record Of Providing High-Quality Patient Care And Managing Complex Cases.
