Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: The Candidate Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Residency Training: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Residency In Obstetrics And Gynecology And Have A Fellowship In Pediatric And Adolescent Gynecology From An Accredited Program.

  • Board Certification: The Candidate Must Be Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Obstetrics And Gynecology And Have Additional Certification In Pediatric And Adolescent Gynecology.

  • Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Practicing As A Pediatric And Adolescent Gynecologist, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Setting.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Have The Ability To Establish Strong Relationships With Patients, Families, And Colleagues. They Should Also Demonstrate Empathy And Sensitivity When Working With Young Patients.
