- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our electronic medical record system.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Collect and verify patient information and insurance details to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry.
- Educate patients on clinic policies and procedures, including insurance coverage and payment options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
- Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines to protect patient privacy.
- Handle patient complaints and escalate any issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
