  1. Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule appointments and manage patient appointment calendar.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records system.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.
  6. Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  8. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
  9. Educate patients on clinic services, policies, and procedures.
  10. Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  11. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  12. Keep inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  13. Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  16. Adhere to clinic's values and mission of providing exceptional patient care.
  17. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
