High School Diploma: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Procedures Is Necessary For Effective Communication With Patients And Medical Staff.
