  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with any needs or requests.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the electronic medical system.
  5. Verify patient insurance information and explain billing processes.
  6. Coordinate and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  8. Handle confidential patient information with discretion and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
  10. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on Cleveland Clinic policies, procedures, and services.
  11. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  12. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families during difficult or stressful situations.

  14. Maintain knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Procedures Is Necessary For Effective Communication With Patients And Medical Staff.
