  1. Greet and welcome patients and their loved ones as they arrive at Cleveland Clinic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Cleveland Clinic's services, facilities, and policies to effectively answer patient questions and provide accurate information.
  5. Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient flow and ensure timely and appropriate care.
  6. Handle patient complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  7. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their loved ones, providing emotional support and comfort during their time at the clinic.
  8. Assist with patient transport and mobility needs, including wheelchair assistance, as needed.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that waiting areas and reception areas are tidy and well-stocked with informational materials.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
  11. Attend training and development programs to stay updated on best practices in customer service and patient care.
  12. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving patient satisfaction and experience.
  13. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
  15. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and medical staff to facilitate effective communication and ensure a positive patient experience.
