1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
2. Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.
3. Assist with patient hygiene and personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
4. Collect and document patient information, including medical history, current symptoms, and medications.
5. Administer basic medical treatments, such as wound care, catheterization, and oxygen therapy.
