  1. Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
  2. Collaborate with nursing staff to assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  4. Help patients with mobility and transfers, following proper safety protocols.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any questions or concerns.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens and restocking supplies.
  7. Assist with medical procedures, under the direction of the nursing staff.
  8. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training and educational opportunities to stay updated on best practices and new developments in patient care.
  11. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and respect towards patients and their families.
  12. Serve as a positive representative of the Cleveland Clinic, promoting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
  13. Take initiative to identify and address any patient needs or concerns promptly.
  14. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
