- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival at the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
- Collect and verify patient information, including personal and insurance details, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients, visitors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients on insurance coverage, financial obligations, and available payment options.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
- Resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including updating demographic and insurance information.
- Adhere to all Cleveland Clinic policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Attend training and education sessions to stay updated on changes in policies, procedures, and insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance patient experience.
- Uphold Cleveland Clinic's mission and values in all interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
