- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks for the pharmacy department, including but not limited to scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pharmacy inventory, orders, and patient information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow in the pharmacy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are always in stock.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for important documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the pharmacy department.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the pharmacy department.
- Train and support new team members on administrative procedures and protocols.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Office Manager or other supervisors.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Administration Or Related Field
Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Pharmacy Procedures
Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Record Systems
