- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar for staff.
- Maintain patient records, including updating personal and insurance information.
- Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communicate with patients, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
