We are currently seeking a talented and organized Office Coordinator Clerical for our Mob 2 Facility. As an Office Coordinator Clerical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office.   1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar for staff.
  4. Maintain patient records, including updating personal and insurance information.
  5. Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  7. Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  8. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  9. Communicate with patients, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Collaborate with management to improve and implement office procedures.
  11. Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
  12. Provide support to other team members as needed.
  13. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  14. Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  16. Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  17. Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
  18. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  19. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
