- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients at Cleveland Clinic.
- Perform routine and specialty examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for women at all stages of their lives.
- Educate patients on their healthcare options and guide them in making informed decisions about their care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in women's health and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding of medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in providing care to patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for other healthcare professionals on the team.

Medical Degree: A Candidate For The Obstetrician-Gynecologist Position At Cleveland Clinic Must Have A Medical Degree From An Accredited Medical School. This Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For The Role.
Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board-Certified In Obstetrics And Gynecology By The American Board Of Obstetrics And Gynecology Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Obstetrics And Gynecology.
Residency Training: Candidates Must Have Completed An Accredited Residency Program In Obstetrics And Gynecology. The Program Must Be Approved By The Accreditation Council For Graduate Medical Education (Acgme) Or The American Osteopathic Association (Aoa).
State Licensure: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Unrestricted License To Practice Medicine In The State Of Ohio. They Must Also Be Eligible For Medical Licensure At Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus And Any Other Satellite Locations.
Relevant Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Practicing As An Obstetrician-Gynecologist. This Experience Should Include A Broad Range Of Obstetric And Gynecological Procedures And Patient Care.
