The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a critical care setting, with a strong background in managing acute and critically ill patients. A Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies is required, as well as current certification and licensure in the state of Ohio.   1. Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic critical care environment.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Monitor and assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Conduct physical exams on patients and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  7. Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
  9. Participate in daily rounds with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  10. Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current medical practices and advancements.
  12. Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations related to patient care.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant- Critical Care Iii At Cleveland Clinic Must Have A Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies, With A Focus On Critical Care.

  • Licensure And Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Valid License To Practice As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Ohio, As Well As Hold Certification In Their Respective Field (Acnp Or Pa-C).
