- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the neurosurgery department, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other department leaders and physicians to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Board Certification In Neurosurgery From The American Board Of Neurological Surgery (Abns).
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Neurosurgical Practice, Including Leadership And Administrative Roles.
Strong Track Record Of Successful Surgical Outcomes And Patient Satisfaction.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Neurosurgeons, Residents, And Other Medical Staff.
Current And Active Medical License In The State Of Ohio, Or Eligibility To Obtain One.
