- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for patients with aging and dementia, utilizing appropriate techniques and standardized measures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to support patients and their families in managing symptoms and improving quality of life.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of neuropsychology, particularly related to aging and dementia.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
- Act as a resource and consultant for colleagues and staff regarding neuropsychological issues related to aging and dementia.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and other professional development activities.
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, and promote awareness and education about aging and dementia within the community.
- Mentor and supervise trainees and junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of services provided, seeking feedback from patients and colleagues.
- Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements related to neuropsychological practice, including documentation, confidentiality, and informed consent.

Doctoral Degree In Neuropsychology Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Licensure Or Eligibility For Licensure As A Neuropsychologist By The State Of Ohio.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience With A Focus On Aging And Dementia Populations.
Training And Experience In Neuropsychological Assessment And Diagnosis Of Cognitive Disorders.
Demonstrated Research Experience And Expertise In Aging And Dementia, Including Publications And Presentations At Professional Conferences.
