  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide individual and group therapy to patients with mental health disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
  • Monitor and document patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements
  • Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of mental health and implement best practices in patient care
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in the provision of mental health services
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute or emergency situations
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of team members, including doctors, nurses, social workers, and other mental health professionals
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, promoting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic Setting.

  • Current State Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Or Psychologist.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Conditions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Engage With Patients And Their Families.
