  1. Perform accurate and timely analysis of patient samples using laboratory equipment and techniques in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Review and interpret test results, troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, and report findings to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
  4. Adhere to strict quality control and assurance measures to ensure the highest level of accuracy and precision in all laboratory procedures.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality and efficiency of laboratory processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all testing and procedures performed, adhering to established documentation and reporting requirements.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless and accurate communication of laboratory results.
  8. Stay current with advancements and developments in medical technology and laboratory procedures, incorporating new techniques and procedures as appropriate.
  9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, fellow laboratory staff, and patients.
  10. Serve as a professional and knowledgeable resource for laboratory procedures and results, providing guidance and training to other staff members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As Ascp Or Amt.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably Within A Hospital Or Large Healthcare System.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Equipment, Procedures, And Quality Control Measures.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
