  1. Provide high-quality and efficient care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills to assess, monitor, and treat patients in critical situations.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician.
  4. Accurately document patient information and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible care.
  6. Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR and other life-saving measures.
  7. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physician.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of current medical practices and procedures.
  11. Show compassion and empathy towards patients and their families during stressful situations.
  12. Adhere to all hospital and legal regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in emergency care.
  14. Assist with triaging patients and prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition.
  15. Serve as a role model for other healthcare professionals by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a dedication to patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification.

  • Active Lpn License In The State Of Ohio.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Or Critical Care Setting.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
