  1. Greet and welcome patients to the Cleveland Clinic's Center for Connected Care.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking admission to the clinic.

  4. Coordinate and manage the admissions process for new patients.
  5. Communicate with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to gather necessary information for admission.
  6. Review and verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Of Ohio Or Be Eligible For Licensure.

  • Experience In Healthcare Admissions: Previous Experience In A Healthcare Admissions Role Is Preferred, With A Strong Understanding Of The Admissions Process And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As The Role Involves Interacting With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Health Records: Familiarity With Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Systems Is Required, As The Job Involves Using Ehrs To Gather And Update Patient Information.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Lpn Central Admissions Position Requires The Candidate To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Handling Multiple Tasks And Prioritizing Accordingly. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.
