Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cleveland Clinic’s Ambulatory – Digestive Disease. You will serve as a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable LPN providing direct patient care and support. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and be a part of a team that is dedicated to providing the best care possible.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a valid LPN license and at least 1-year of experience in a clinical setting. We are looking for an LPN who is compassionate, patient-oriented, and has a desire to help others. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care services, including assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and assisting with medical treatments.
  2. Follow established clinical protocols and physician instructions.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress and submit reports as needed.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  7. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
