Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join our team at Cleveland Clinic. Our Lead Systems Analyst will be a key member of our IT department, responsible for developing, overseeing, and maintaining our IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of IT systems and have the ability to analyze and communicate complex technical information. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Our ideal Lead Systems Analyst should also have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field• 5+ years of IT systems analysis experience• Advanced knowledge of system architecture, development, and management• Proficiency in software engineering, programming languages, and relational databases• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose system issues• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities of a Lead Systems Analyst:

  1. Develop, oversee, and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Analyze and communicate complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  5. Design, implement, and test system architecture, development, and management.
  6. Utilize programming languages and relational databases to improve system performance.
  7. Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
  8. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements as needed.
  9. Stay up to date with IT trends and best practices.
