  1. Collaborate with team members to identify potential business development opportunities and create strategies for licensing innovative medical technologies.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making and identify potential partners for technology licensing.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans to promote Cleveland Clinic's Innovations program and attract potential partners.
  4. Attend meetings and networking events with industry leaders to gain insights and build relationships that can contribute to the success of the program.
  5. Support the evaluation and negotiation of licensing agreements, including reviewing contracts and conducting due diligence on potential partners.
  6. Assist in the management of intellectual property portfolios and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
  7. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement within the program.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, including presenting updates and reports on project progress.
  9. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new and innovative technologies that align with the goals of the program.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Cleveland Clinic's Innovations program positively at all times.
