  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including but not limited to temperature controls systems, air conditioners, heaters, and refrigeration units.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide efficient and effective solutions.
  3. Install new HVAC systems and equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
  4. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in HVAC systems.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Adhere to Cleveland Clinic's policies and procedures at all times.
  11. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed.
  12. Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve technical skills.
  13. Attend to emergency HVAC calls and provide prompt and efficient solutions.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Adhere to all established safety protocols and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Temperature Controls Installation And Maintenance.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Hvac Control System Schematics And Blueprints.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Various Hvac Control Systems, Including Ddc, Pneumatic, And Electronic Systems.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Hvac Control System Issues, Including Programming And Software Updates.

  • Valid Hvac Technician Certification And/Or State License.
