  1. Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC temperature control systems throughout the Cleveland Clinic facilities.
  2. Monitor and adjust temperature and humidity levels to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients and staff.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems to identify and address any potential issues.
  4. Work closely with other members of the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and upgrades to HVAC systems.
  5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Hvac Temperature Controls Technician Position At Cleveland Clinic Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge Necessary For The Job.

  • Hvac Certification: Candidates For This Role Must Possess A Valid Hvac Certification, Such As Nate (North American Technician Excellence) Or Hvac Excellence. This Certification Shows That The Candidate Has Received Specialized Training In Heating, Ventilation, And Air Conditioning Systems.

  • Technical Skills: A Strong Understanding Of Hvac Systems, Temperature Controls, And Building Automation Systems Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience With Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Hvac Equipment.

  • Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As An Hvac Technician, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. Experience With Temperature Controls And Building Automation Systems Is Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Hvac Temperature Controls Technician, You Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Other Technicians, Engineers, And Healthcare Staff. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary For This Role.
