Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care to patients via home infusion services. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate compounding and delivery of medications, as well as providing customer service to patients and their families.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as a valid Pharmacy Technician License. They must have at least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting, including home infusion services. Additionally, they should possess strong customer service and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently. A working knowledge of computer systems is also preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Compound and deliver medications accurately and safely to patients in a home infusion setting.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  3. Maintain a valid Pharmacy Technician License.
  4. Maintain a working knowledge of computer systems and software.
  5. Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient workflow.
  6. Work independently and collaboratively with a team of highly motivated, professional staff.
  7. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the home infusion setting.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.
