  1. Assist the gift planning team in conducting research and analysis on potential donors and their giving history.
  2. Help identify and cultivate new donor relationships through outreach and communication efforts.
  3. Collaborate with team members to create and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  4. Attend meetings and events with donors and other stakeholders to learn about their philanthropic interests and goals.
  5. Utilize various software programs to track and manage donor information and interactions.
  6. Draft correspondence and proposals for potential donors.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of donor activities and communications.
  8. Assist with the planning and execution of donor recognition events and activities.
  9. Conduct follow-up and stewardship efforts to maintain and strengthen relationships with donors.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in gift planning and philanthropy.
  11. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve gift planning strategies and processes.
  12. Adhere to ethical fundraising practices and maintain donor confidentiality.
  13. Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  14. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Embrace and promote the mission and values of Cleveland Clinic in all interactions and activities.
