Finance Case Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Case Manager to join our team at Cleveland Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and excellent customer service skills. The Finance Case Manager will oversee the financial responsibilities of the patient billing process and ensure accurate and timely payments. Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial responsibilities of the patient billing process, including the accurate and timely processing of payments
• Communicate with patients and families regarding billing inquiries and payment plans
• Monitor and review current policies and procedures for the financial services department
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the financial services process
• Analyze all patient billing data and provide reports to management on a regular basis
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies
• Assist with the resolution of any customer service complaints related to financial services
• Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage customer accounts to ensure accurate payment processing and timely collection of payments
