
Event Specialist - Florida Region

- Develop and implement event strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Cleveland Clinic Florida region.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including conferences, seminars, community outreach events, and employee appreciation events.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Utilize creative thinking to develop unique and engaging event concepts.
- Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and transportation.
- Create event timelines and project plans, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Develop and manage event marketing and promotional materials.
- Communicate event details and updates to relevant stakeholders, including leadership, employees, and attendees.
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze data to measure event success and make recommendations for future improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for incorporating new ideas and technologies into events.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of event details, expenses, and outcomes.
- Represent the Cleveland Clinic and its mission at events and in the community.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to event planning and execution.

Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Event Management Or Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Local Vendors, Venues, And Resources In The Florida Region.
