4. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost effectiveness.
5. Utilize creative thinking to develop unique and engaging event concepts.
6. Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and transportation.
7. Create event timelines and project plans, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
8. Develop and manage event marketing and promotional materials.
9. Communicate event details and updates to relevant stakeholders, including leadership, employees, and attendees.
10. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
11. Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze data to measure event success and make recommendations for future improvement.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for incorporating new ideas and technologies into events.
13. Maintain accurate records and reports of event details, expenses, and outcomes.
14. Represent the Cleveland Clinic and its mission at events and in the community.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to event planning and execution.
