Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Related Field: Candidates For A Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Job At Cleveland Clinic Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or A Related Field. This Ensures That They Have Received Comprehensive Training In The Use Of Ultrasound Equipment And Techniques.

  • American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms) Certification: Cleveland Clinic Requires All Diagnostic Medical Sonographers To Be Certified By The Ardms. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The National Standards For Competency In Sonography And Is Recognized As A Qualified Professional In The Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology: A Thorough Understanding Of Human Anatomy And Physiology Is Essential For A Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Candidates Should Possess A Strong Knowledge Of The Structure And Function Of The Human Body In Order To Accurately Interpret Ultrasound Images.
