  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of laws, regulations, and ethical standards to support the organization's compliance efforts.
  2. Monitor and review changes in laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  5. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and potential areas of improvement.
  6. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Investigate and report any potential violations of laws, regulations, or ethical standards and recommend appropriate actions to address them.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including reports, findings, and corrective actions taken.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and research to continuously improve the organization's compliance program.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as legal counsel and auditors, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  12. Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organization.
  13. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about compliance updates and share knowledge with colleagues.
  14. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's compliance program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Compliance Or Research In A Healthcare Setting

  • Excellent Research And Analytical Skills, With Attention To Detail
