- Conduct thorough research and analysis of laws, regulations, and ethical standards to support the organization's compliance efforts.
- Monitor and review changes in laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and potential areas of improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report any potential violations of laws, regulations, or ethical standards and recommend appropriate actions to address them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including reports, findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and research to continuously improve the organization's compliance program.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as legal counsel and auditors, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organization.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about compliance updates and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's compliance program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Compliance Or Research In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Standards
Excellent Research And Analytical Skills, With Attention To Detail
