  1. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and construction projects for various buildings and facilities within Cleveland Clinic.
  2. Ensure the safety and functionality of all buildings and facilities to support the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  3. Utilize strong organizational skills to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  5. Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate project activities and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
  7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  8. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, including budgets, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  9. Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services for projects.
  10. Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the Building Properties department.
  11. Train and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building maintenance and project management.
  13. Adhere to all Cleveland Clinic policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Facilities Maintenance, Or Building Operations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Contractors, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
