  1. Greet and welcome patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a warm and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Assist with scheduling appointments, transferring calls to appropriate departments, and providing general information about the Cleveland Clinic.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all calls and inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Cleveland Clinic's services, policies, and procedures in order to accurately answer questions and provide assistance.
  6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during phone calls or interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  9. Document all interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to management.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on changes in services, procedures, and policies.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Contact Center Manager.
