
Complex Family Planning Physician
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Complex Family Planning Physician to join the team at Cleveland Clinic. The successful applicant will provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the Family Planning Department, including contraceptive and preconception care, infertility evaluation and management, pregnancy options counseling and postpartum care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the highest standards of quality patient care and will strive to ensure a supportive and positive patient experience.The successful candidate should possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited school, board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and be fully licensed in the state of Ohio. Additionally, the ideal applicant will have 3 or more years of experience in family planning, including advanced contraceptive methods, pregnancy options counseling, and preconception care. Finally, the successful Complex Family Planning Physician should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the Family Planning Department, including contraceptive and preconception care, infertility evaluation and management, pregnancy options counseling and postpartum care.
- Ensure a supportive and positive patient experience by providing the highest standards of quality patient care.
- Possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited school, board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and be fully licensed in the state of Ohio.
- Have 3 or more years of experience in family planning, including advanced contraceptive methods, pregnancy options counseling, and preconception care.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional standards, guidelines, and protocols in the Family Planning Department.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to patient care.
- Document patient information and treatments accurately and completely.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
