Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including maintaining and updating systems and processes related to the program.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in clinical operations and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews of 340B program data to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Provide training and support to staff on the use of clinical systems and processes related to the 340B program.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to clinical systems and the 340B program.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize disruption to clinical operations.
  8. Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements to improve overall system functionality.
  9. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the 340B program.
  10. Adhere to all HIPAA and other relevant regulations and guidelines related to patient privacy and data security.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving processes and workflows.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all system processes and procedures.
  13. Provide support for any system-related audits or inquiries from regulatory agencies.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for clinical systems and the 340B program, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  15. Continuously assess and evaluate clinical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

  • Knowledge Of 340B Drug Pricing Program Regulations And Compliance: A Clinical Systems Analyst Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The 340B Drug Pricing Program Regulations And Compliance Requirements In Order To Effectively Manage And Optimize The Program At Cleveland Clinic.

  • Experience With Healthcare Information Systems: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Healthcare Information Systems, Such As Electronic Health Records (Ehr) And Pharmacy Information Systems, To Support The 340B Program.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Clinical Systems Analyst Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Related To The 340B Program, Such As Discrepancies In Drug Pricing Or Eligibility.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Of A Clinical Systems Analyst Requires Working Closely With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Pharmacists, Physicians, And It Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Position.
