  1. Provide high-quality athletic training services to student-athletes at multiple high school sites.
  2. Conduct injury assessments and develop treatment plans for athletes.
  3. Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with coaches and medical professionals to create individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
  5. Educate athletes, coaches, and parents on proper nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and progress.
  7. Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and parents to ensure understanding of treatment plans and progress.
  8. Keep up-to-date with current research and trends in sports medicine.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  10. Build strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and parents to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  11. Monitor and maintain inventory of athletic training supplies and equipment.
  12. Attend all team practices and games to provide on-site care and support.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for athletes.
  14. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  15. Follow all policies and procedures of Cleveland Clinic and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Athletic Training Or Related Field

  • Certification From The National Athletic Trainers' Association Board Of Certification (Nataboc)

  • Current State Licensure Or Eligibility For Licensure In Ohio

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Athletic Trainer At The High School Level

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Sports Injuries, Rehabilitation Techniques, And Emergency Procedures
