Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Behavioral Sleep Medicine Psychologist to join our team at Cleveland Clinic. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based care to patients with sleep, behavioral, and psychological disorders. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive assessments and treatments for a variety of sleep disorders.The ideal candidate must possess a doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution and be licensed as a psychologist in the state of Ohio. You must have at least two years of experience working in the field of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and have knowledge of current sleep medicine research and practice. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills and be dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide evidence-based care to patients with sleep, behavioral, and psychological disorders.
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for a variety of sleep disorders.
  3. Possess a doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution and be licensed as a psychologist in the state of Ohio.
  4. Have at least two years of experience working in the field of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and have knowledge of current sleep medicine research and practice.
  5. Demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills and be dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care to our patients.
  6. Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients and monitor progress.
  7. Facilitate patient education about sleep disorders and related treatments.
  8. Participate in research projects and scholarly activities related to sleep medicine.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
  10. Remain current with developments in the field of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
