  1. Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in a compassionate and patient-centered manner.
  2. Utilize strong background in behavioral health to assess and treat patients with a wide range of mental health concerns.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments to determine appropriate treatment modalities for each patient.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  7. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to promote positive outcomes for patients.
  8. Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and techniques to improve mental health and well-being.
  9. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in need.
  10. Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment approaches.
  11. Stay current on developments and advancements in the field of behavioral health.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in patient care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  13. Represent Cleveland Clinic with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  14. Work collaboratively with community resources and organizations to support patients' ongoing mental health needs.
  15. Continuously strive to improve clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Therapy In A Mental Health Setting.

  • Current State License Or Certification As A Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Or Marriage And Family Therapist.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Evidence-Based Therapies Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, And/Or Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport With Clients And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
