Responsibilities:

1. Assist pharmacy delivery team with medication delivery services to patients at Cleveland Clinic.
2. Ensure medications are accurately delivered to patients in a timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications delivered.
4. Communicate with patients and caregivers regarding medication instructions, side effects, and drug interactions.
5. Monitor patient safety and compliance with medication protocols.
6. Assist in identifying and resolving patient medication issues.
7. Investigate and address any discrepancies with medications.
8. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
9. Manage patient medication profiles and assist with clinical reviews.
10. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay up to date on industry standards and regulations.
