  1. Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  2. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  3. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals to develop an individualized anesthetic plan for each patient.
  4. Educate patients and their families about the effects and risks of anesthesia.
  5. Ensure the safe and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment.
  6. Stay up-to-date on advancements and best practices in the field of anesthesiology.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  8. Act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of medical research.
  12. Attend and actively participate in department meetings and trainings.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: Candidates Should Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Residency Training: Completion Of A 4-Year Residency Program In Anesthesiology Accredited By The Accreditation Council For Graduate Medical Education (Acgme).

  • Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In Anesthesiology By The American Board Of Anesthesiology (Aba) Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Anesthesiology (Aoba).

  • State License: Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Of Ohio, Or Be Eligible For Licensure In Ohio.

  • Experience: Preferably 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Anesthesiologist, With A Strong Background In Perioperative Management And Pain Management. Experience In A Hospital Or Academic Setting Is Preferred.
