As the Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our General Lab and ensuring its success.   1. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the General Lab department.
  2. Provide administrative support to the General Lab team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records and databases, and handling correspondence.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization in all aspects of the General Lab, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and record-keeping.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the General Lab, both internally and externally.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  6. Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and other financial data related to the General Lab.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the General Lab.
  8. Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members in the General Lab.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance within the General Lab.
  10. Act as a liaison between the General Lab and other departments within the organization.
  11. Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the General Lab in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the General Lab by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new initiatives.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  15. Support the mission and values of Cleveland Clinic and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Laboratory Science.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Administrative Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Computer Software Programs, Such As Microsoft Office And Database Management Systems.
