Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative and organizational operations for the Cleveland Clinic • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and efficiency • Develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers • Utilize organizational techniques and be comfortable working with various computer software and databases • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers using verbal, written, and electronic methods • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to handle administrative tasks and challenges • Assist in the development and implementation of projects and initiatives • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up • Support the overall objectives of the organization.
